I’m Oren, an entrepreneur and filmmaker. In 2012, I co-founded Veed.me, a marketplace connecting filmmakers and brands, which was acquired by Fiverr.com in 2017 before going public on the NYSE (FVRR). In 2014, I co-founded Coverr.co, a free stock footage and music platform for creators. Today, I am the founder of Wheels of NYC, a community-led media and event platform for car enthusiasts, building the largest and most diverse classic car community in NYC. Wheels started as a passion project of mine - been the most rewarding journey of my life.
Reignite Your Fire
The fire within us doesn’t fade because we lose passion for what we love. It fades when life pulls us off course, and we end up working on things we feel we need to do, rather than what we truly want. I’ve felt that myself. But reigniting that fire is possible when we realign with what truly excites us. For me, it was combining my love for cars, film, community, and creating experiences.
About me
I live in Brooklyn and Nosara Costa Rica with my wife and two girls. Fun fact: I’ve directed theater plays and short films—one of which won Best Short Film at the Vail International Film Festival. I’m also an avid snowboarder and love to cook strong flavor dishes - ideally with fire.

As a coach, I bring a unique blend of entrepreneurial skills as well as creative skills - filmmaking, photography and acting.
I've also founded and led founders' groups for organizations like Google for Startups and VC funds. Recently, I had the privilege of delivering a keynote to Harvard MBA alumni on the manifold benefits of embracing creative passion projects.
